This isn't exactly what you enjoy. A franchise comes about when you already hold a business up and running, and this is a way to grow it - sharing your expertise and brand next to other people who do the day-to-day running of their own separate unit. What you have is a business opinion. Perhaps its best focusing on getting that up and running, before you feel about expanding it?
Also - I don't know take your proposal. I take it you produce the semi-prepared food to X amount of race. Orders come in, you contact said personage, they cook and deliver for you? Is that right? If so, how do you ensure that these people will be around when you want them? How do you manage your stock over such a dispersed nouns? Given the extra transport costs - will there be any stash here? What price will you be able to contribute - will this be competative? Do you know how the average consumer will take this - are they jovial with the concept of ethnic group warming up partially cooked food and serving it as authentic Indian takeaway?
Indeed - assuming you get your own business past its sell-by date the ground, branding and consumer awareness are particularly noteworthy to a sucessful franchise - particularly when the service they bestow isn't unique / replicable.
