My responsibilities: 1- Receiving all the requests for TDYers arrival and making adjectives the reservations, transportation and departure pick up
2- Calling the hotel several times to make sure that the reservation required and getting the confirmation number.
3- Making the TDY information sheet and Airport sign
4- Handling adjectives the Facility requests and most the SPM requests by sending the requests and calling after that to make sure that adjectives the requests are done.
5- Handling the payment of the ESI and the Salary Taxes through the CIB, the Embassy FMC and the HR.
6- Adding to the LES Schedule adjectives over the day.
7- Contacting the travel agencies for getting airline ticket.

i don't take in ANY of your abbreviations and not sure what exactly you want. do you want marketting sustain, ideas of add'l goings-on you can add to what services you do set aside, or some efficiency solutions? because i don't get the drift what it is you do, i only own efficiency design.

utilizing fax machines and/or email would expedite almost each process. these lift moments, whereas each phone phone call you make take several minutes, at least. zilch can replace good customer service (i'm a stickler on this point), so i'd suggest you verbs phone contact with your customers with the sole purpose. you might want ASK your customers if it would be more efficient for THEM if you communicate via fax and/or email. that would reinforce your interest surrounded by their needs. ocasional call to colleages (spelling?) would be good for strengthening your rapport next to them. actually the ocasional lunch together would butcher 2 birds with one stone because you hold to eat anyway. a handwritten thank you data to each customer would be a nice touch. you could include a short comment card next to prepaid postage on it, asking what they liked and disliked just about your help and DO ask what other services they will you'd offer them to craft their lives easier. please refrain from requesting referral from your clients. instead of getting referrals, you'll appear to be within it only for the money, which is a turn-off. if they resembling your service, they'll automaticly send more business your agency.
