How to button a copied copyright infringement interest from a possible fisher? I received a notice for copyright infringement from a UK base guy

I received a notice for copyright infringement from a UK base guy named Clive Lincoln (an internet fisher). He claims that the articles written on my website: http://tinyurl.com/57dh55 are similar to his. That is not the grip. I have also verified using CopyScape that my articles are 100% mitt written and unique.

I know that in attendance are many such fishers online trying to bring down your website when it is doing obedient.

So, I'd appreciate a response from people who hold been surrounded by a similar situation and let me know how to feel this. I don't mind going to an attorney - but I'd like to know an easiest agency out, where I can pick up my time, energy as all right as money. It does not make any sense to misuse time on fishers like these.

Please tolerate me know.

Thanks in finance!

Answers:   copyrights are not patents, and "similarity" money nothing. if the website is your own origination, later it doesn't matter how similar it could be to something else, the copyright go with an inspired author. don't waste time near him, his burdon of proof that somehow you stole his original thoughts would be astronomical against.
