I got an e-mail from eBay. This is exactly what it said:

"Your monthly eBay invoice is very soon available to view online for the time of year from February 16, 2008 through March 15, 2008.

Amount Due: $2.69

You are currently signed up for PayPal as your automatic payment nouns. Your invoice amount will be automatically deducted from your PayPal depiction no sooner than 10 days after you receive this invoice notification (debit amount may vary base on recent payments or credits)."

If this means I am paying monthly for PayPal I don't want to use eBay anymore. Oh and I did also read in the region of the "spoof" emails. Thanks! email paypal directly and see if this is a normal charge
forget about it
I dont use Pay Pal to wage my account use Bank instead.Check into your Ebay vindication as you can change where on earth you wish portrayal to be debited.
Seriously -- what cog of that was so tough to understand? It say "your invoice amount due is $2.69" and it says "your invoice amount will be automatically deduct from your Paypal account.

So that funds you owe eBay $2.69 and they'll take it out of your Paypal tale.

There's nothing strange about the e-mail at adjectives. It's simply eBay doing business with you contained by the manner you've asked them to.

EDIT - OK, I'm making the assumption that you in actual fact *did* sell something via eBay inwardly the time period they're conversation about. If you haven't sold anything on eBay, afterwards yes, I agree this could be a phishing scheme. But assuming you are an eBay salesperson, then there's nought out of the ordinary almost that e-mail at all.

Answers:    So ignore any links given to you, and walk directly to ebay, log in, and afterwards check your account. Then do duplicate for Paypal.

My guess is that the email was basically phishing for your account info.
