Answers:   Not that plentiful cyber cafes here contained by Florida where I live. Most ethnic group just thieve there laptops to starbucks. You can use the libraries internet services for free if you don't enjoy a laptop.

I would suggest developing some alternative sources of revenue. You could set up a espresso bar, affix some copy machines. If your doing a gaming zone you could sell games/game guides. Invest contained by a big screen HDTV and through weekly monthly tournaments to achieve publicity
