I have a drug conducting tests policy and am fairly confident neither will go past. Does anybody know if the employee refuse the test,,,,,,,will the state of Ohio present them unemployment?

YOU are anyone set up! Fire them today, do not let them enter your shop, term. I can guarantee they are ripping you off big time. Set up surveilance cameras on adjectives tills immediately, hold computer record adjectives activity. Have flashing lights on cameras! YOu want to do an inventory NOW! You will find serious shortages, I am sure. And, they may well be planning to plain a store in competion next to you using YOUR stock! YOu can claim serious downturn in sale, profit does not support the payroll, etc. Whatever you do, you must get rid of them...if in that are other employees, they will ruin them summarily. Been there and own learned.
