Question: them want kind of question should I ask them.
Post the career at the local college job board. (they own one, just name and ask). Ask what kind of service living experience they have. Somebody who worked for nippy food restaurant would be good. I wouldn't hire glorious school students though.

Answers:

talk to the Counselor ask them to post
your Help Wanted Signs. Get thier Parents
consent, ask them what hours they can work

Sudents are iffy.
There's masses places to recruit giant school and college students. Often, you can place free employment ad in their college newspaper. Find out where on earth they hang out, later place flyers with hole off phone numbers. Use some of the free classified want ad sites on the internet, such as www.craigslist.com. A good recruit program is key to finding the right body. Without enough applicants to be choosy, you finish up with the bottom of the butt.

Deciding what questions to ask is also key. Kudos for realizing this. What question you ask is going to be determined by the person you are looking for. The same internview question aren't perfect for every business, because every business have different strengths and weakness. The push button to developing a good interview questionaire is contained by identifying first the strengths and weakenesses of your operation and existing staff/management. Many owners and manager make the mistake of trying to find organization identical to themselves or other staff. This creates a talent stub that is extremely strong in some areas, but scarily weak within others. You should be concerned with finding workforce that fill the gap rather than finding team who reinforce areas you are already strong in. There are some skills that are minimum standards, and should be present surrounded by all staff, such as a pleasant, adjectives attitude in service staff.

When the strengths and weakness of your staff are identified, you will have a document of personality/professional traits you desire in an member of staff. Create your questions to reveal traits traits in the interviewee that show whether these traits are present or not. Some points to consider:

* Do not ask question that can be answered with "yes" or "no". The hand will always tender you the answer that sounds best, and you will have well-read nothing give or take a few them.

*The focus of an interview is getting the employee to consult. You can't find out about a creature by spending 20 minutes telling them going on for your operation, then asking them "So, you want the charge?". This is the most common interview mistake.

*Include some systematic skill demonstration questions. Ask specific question, such as asking a bartender, "How to you make a Long Island Iced Tea". If you skip the systematic questions, it's unforced to get snowed by an interviewee. However, precise skills should be less esteemed that personality traits such as honesty or a tough work ethic. Technical skills should be identified on the job description for the position you're interviewing for. This is a right place to start when deciding on exact questions to ask.
