Hi everyone, first thing I am 24 years out-of-date, married expecting a baby on april 30th 2008, i work as a telemarketing executive on lb18,540 supporting, achieve lb23,000 beside commission. I have be offered a job as a troop leader surrounded by telemarketing on lb23,000 basic, rising to lb25,000 rough plus commission of I can get the troop to hit target. The team are targeted against obtain seminar bookings for a business advisory service and accounts firm. What do you think, should I clutch it or stay where I am?

The arrival of a new newborn brings many change to your life.
If you are well in your existing duty, I would stay put for now. If you're not - consequently take the current position.
There's not a massive difference in gross ... but you may find a big change within responsibility - especially as you do not have headship experience.
I would say (as a mum of 3) that the smaller amount stress you give yourself at this time the better. You are exceedingly young and in that will be plenty more opportunities within the future for you .
