I liked Melamom's guidance for shortening and perhaps creating "bullets" for your highlights!
I be going to suggest at least taking out the phrase:
"Call me to see when I am available." (They will do that anyway, and too lots "availables".)
And shortening this:
"I have standard knowledge through a special class contained by school within first aid, CPR, and babysitting (infants and children) and will be certified in the adjectives." The phrase "general knowledge" is pale, and I found confusing. I was going to suggest "Took special class surrounded by school within first aid, CPR, & babysitting; soon to be certified."
I would definitely NOT include exact address contained by your town, just read aloud "near Park Slope contained by Anytown" os some such.
I also LIKED that you said 14 soon to be 15, because it gives a better view of age level.
One of my crucial suggestions would be at the top to say something similar to "Summer Babysitting...and Beyond", since you are saying you are also available during arts school year; don't rule out people who are looking for someone more unchanging.
Also be sure to put your "header" re babysitting in a really roomy font to catch people's eyes; your second vein might be "fee negotiable"; use colored dissertation or decoration for sure.

It sounds honourable mostly. The XXX things are suggestive of sex and bad behavior, unless you are a prostitute or wnt to be one, bring them out of the add. Also, you don't really want to do housework and cleaning. Take that out of the add on. Say you like a ably stocked fridge and would feed the kids instead. Source(s):

It sounds really good. It would be newly better, when you would change one of the " available " into another word. (for example you can get me, or I am present)

It's missing one important entity... get some testimonials from population you've worked for and put them on your flyer. Just get a few comments from your optimistic, thrilled customers and put them on your flyer. That will help you attain more business...
