Ok I am an official a Limited Liablity Company on IRS. I am locate within Omaha, Nebraska. I am trying to find all type of funds (Goverment's Grant, Groverment's Loans, Tax Credits, other adjectives resources.) Yes I been reading alot of books and checking out books at the library. I also looking cheap or free help out. I know all the simiply stuff I am looking for stuffs that furnish me plain answers and step by step.


Answers:    I just turned it over to an accountant and consent to her set it up. She knows numbers and I know computers. I know this may not support, but I figure it will hold me from getting in to trouble near the IRS.

Go to http://www.grant.gov for a list of administration grants and how you can apply for them. However, nearby are no grants for a for profit business unless you are space a daycare and then it is a minimal amount. If you stipulation money, you will need to apply for a loan. No lender will cooperate to you unless you provide them with a valid business plan. Go to http://www.sba.gov , http://www.score.org or http://www.bplan.com for taste business plans and instructions on how to write a business plan.

Then, go to http://www.score.org/ and within the upper left appendage corner, enter your zip code. On the subsequent screen, you will go and get information on the nearest SCORE chapter. Call them and arrange for a free meeting next to a SCORE counselor to review your business plan and discuss various loan option available to you.
