I want to put on the market food out of my home? Do i call for a license? I live at "Bright and Sunny" Condominiums. They are

I live at "Bright and Sunny" Condominiums. They are about 200 homes surrounded by the middle of nowhere. i would say most nation who live here are renters and earn about 25,000-75,000 annually.(just so you own an idea of my audience, its not dirt poor but not filthy rich any, just everyday working idividuals)
To make a long story short. I get the idea to buy within bulk from my local grocery store over the summer last summer. chips, juice, granola bars, rime cream sandwiches , even peanut butter and jelly sandwich, etc) because there is no store around, i earn enough money to pay envelope one semester of my college tuition (i am a 20 year old community college student)
I'm not a moocher, I enjoy 2 "regular" jobs that i love, but the extra dosh was great and my neighbors love that they dont hold to waste gas to cure their craving for a fudge brownie. Do i really inevitability a license to do this? Im not trying to put wal-mart out of business.

Answers:    You need a license.

What sort of license and whether or not you can do this from home should be your ask.

If you are simply taking orders, picking up groceries from the corner store and deliver them for a premium to your neighbours, then you with the sole purpose need a business registration, and you can indeed do that from home.

If instead you are purchasing items and housing them in your place and after these other folks are coming to you to pick up their stocks, then you own other concerns.

You would need a business registration and the court ability to operate such a business from your home. If you're chitchat about simply purchasing non perishables such as you would find at a corner store, it requires a completely different proficiency than if you were buying meat, cheese, bread and milk as ably. Also, if you are transforming these items prior to reselling them, you will automatically not be able to simply do them from your home, unless you build a separate kitchen facility that can be inspected.

In command to be certain what you require, contact your local Business Development group and your local city passage. (And your landlord if applicable).

Good luck, it sounds resembling quite the project.
