Join professional organizations - in attendance are many depending on your focus and training. Also, hold business classes! You will do tons of pricing and need to know local levy law and nonspecific business admin stuff to make a polite living at what you do. Write a business plan so you know what your focus will be and who to market to. This is a HUGE area, and focusing in on a hard to please specialty can be helpful.
