You would then hold control over all your customers and know how to set the price to what you need.

Well you've got two option:

- Get a reseller hosting account
- Get a virtual private server or a dyed-in-the-wool server with cPanel / WHM

Both these option will allow you to resell. VPS and dedicated servers are more expensive than reseller hosting but they are much more flexible.
