they will not pay you.....do you infer (if you went through adjectives of the proper channels) that you would give the non-communicating, non-paying buyer glum feedback? I would think that if you gone them negative feedback, even if they deserved it....they they would will you negative feedback...and if you have 100% positive....how would that make you discern?
Report them to E-bay. within as great a detail as possible
Leave them feedback. Otherwise no one will ever be warn about this user.

Yes, you may receive a negative feedback, but you can explain the justification in a response that will show on your feedback blind.

If you file a NPB (Non Paying Bidder) and the buyer doesn't respond, they cannot give up your job you feedback (so I've been told).
Contact ebay and follow the rules. You hold a place to comment on their feedback. . .I think. Go read the rules. . .
I would leave indeterminate feed final and explaining why. Tell other E-bayers that that Person didn't pay or communicate w/you.
If they confer on negative Feedback for you describe Ebay Costumer-Service they can take it sour and block that Person.
Hope this helped.

Answers:
I had two non-payers surrounded by one week and I gave them the 7 days to rate like I said within my auction, emailed them and said they have 2 together days to pay or atleast contact me to tolerate me know how they plan to pay or when. When I have no contact after that 2nd day I file an unpaid item dispute against them. In order to get hold of your refund on address list the item you have to keep on I believe it's 8 days. After that you can close the dispute and in the comment member I put no contact and no payment. Then I stir to leave them cynical and be specific. Gave X amount of days and no payment or contacting happen and so forth. That way if they do go off you negative consequently people can see why and next see your side of the story and then it make sense. When I do shop for things and they have unenthusiastic I always check out both sides of the story and you can recount when someone is being honest around their negative or not. Back on the story...the 2 that i did the unpaid item dispute..when I go to leave them negative they had too various strikes or whatever and I completed up making them unregistered ebay members...so that save me a negative...but usually if they don't payment or contact you and you leave a gloomy..bout half the time they won't even respond vertebrae to their feedback. Good Luck hun!
Your quiz is a riddle. You could file gloomy feedback. If they file glum feedback you could also respond to there feedback. You could also profile a dispute with EBay if they do not reimburse. A lot of people are afraid to directory negative feedback because they are afraid they will receive it contained by return. If I was the one to find the feedback and knew I didn't deserve it I would close to to think that I would not be upset. The sincerity of the situation is that there are terrifically few vendors that own 100% positive feedback. People still do busness with them.
