Question: who is responsible for the ruined product that now is stale and can not be sold? Please contribute legal backup for your answer.
The store,it shouldn't obligation legal backup, it's what's particular as common sense.
They should write it rotten as waste.

The store is probably responsible. However, if the bread salesperson requirements to keep the product on the grocery store's shelves next perhaps that incident should be forgotten. That is a highly true reality of selling.
I would say it is here fault. I u took something from a store and forgot to put it pay for and stole it it would be your fault. So its in attendance fault.
