I'm thinking of starting a "college-town" type of coffeehouse within my suburban neighborhood outside New York... Question: outside of New York City. I want it

Question: outside of New York City. I want it to be almost like the "Central Perk" surrounded by Friends where nearby are couches and coffeetables in tally to traditional tables. I want to bestow snacks, smoothies, etc. in adornment to coffee and would like to enjoy musicians, poets, and other performers delight guests at night. Does anyone own advice on what location I should be looking for, how much money I will requirement to start, and anything else I might need to know?
I can't answer any business questions, but I can read aloud it sounds like a kickass concept. Good coffee shops are hard to come by. I am from the suburban New York nouns, and can only believe of one good place (M.Rohr's surrounded by Closter, NJ). Best of luck with your business scheme.
