Internet Auction Website? Has anyone else had problems near people from Nigeria wanting to

Has anyone else had problems near people from Nigeria wanting to buy things from you on a correct auction website? My husband wanted to go his mobile phone as his employers hold provided him with one, he doesn't involve 2 phones.Anyway, somone won it, then said they have problems paying so could they pay it into his sandbank account.Hubby smelt a rat and reported it as they provided a really indefinite address in the UK.The auction website own been completely helpful.I a short time ago wanted to know if anyone else have had problems.I procure lots of emails from people surrounded by Nigeria wanting my bank details too, I of late report them as spam. Why is Nigeria targeting family in the UK? Do individuals really fall for the emails?
Yes - they are target people contained by the US even more so. They are looking to take supremacy of people's greed. In these hard times, several people are setting aside their nonspecific morals and doing things that they wouldn't have thought twice roughly 5 years ago.

Plus - younger generations are feeling like to jump at anything, and break any rule they can. Look at adjectives the spamming being done on here. Totally against the TOS, nonetheless they still spam, and create new accounts when disallowed.

Internet fraud is a lucrative business. Nigeria is probably the worst place surrounded by the world for trying to con/fraud & steal from people.

They conscript people to only sit in the cyber-cafes and run these scam.

Yes, people do stumble for these emails and actually provide dune details etc to these shysters.

Personally I always love the emails nearly how someone I never met has died and have left $20 million within the bank but if I lend a hand them access it they will give me partly. LOL

Never reply to these email, once you do they pass your email address onto other spammers and you will obtain inundated.

And NEVER give your mound details out to anyone on the internet.

Your hubby had the correct approach, and reporting them will give a hand prevent them attempting it again.
Nigeria is targetting us because they want our money cant u see?
This is just the most recent in a drastically long line of scam from Nigeria, and surrounding countries... they seem to reflect on the British are gullible. guess some are. The best one I received (and received it many masses times) was from a so call ex govt. employee who have inherited Millions, and required to transfer to a legit mound account. And you would be rewarded a percentage as a thank you fee... basically send adjectives your bank details, and the verbs would be made in 7 days... yeah right !
Only people who are easy to fleece, greedy and seeking to grow overnight fall for those e-mails.
