Landlord's concurrence to start a home base business....? I'm starting a small home based business. Nothing big I'm

I'm starting a small home based business. Nothing big I'm going to tie die babe-in-arms clothes and sell them on ebay and out of as oodles stores as I can find.
I live in an appartment and asked if this be ok, They said it's fine as long as I don't have folks coming and going, or have company vehicle coming and going (which I won't) They said I have to submit something surrounded by writing and have it approved but they dont own a form. Does anyone know of a site where I can find one or even a template to write it myself. Or what to write if I enjoy to do it from scratch? Thank.

I'm a little confused... who do you hold to submit this to? The landlord or the company?

If you stipulation permission from the proprietor, just own him/her write a letter & bestow it to the company.

If its for the company, ask them to write one up themselves.
So that it is in compliance near the laws of your state, and Landlord-Tenant Law is different per state, I would suggest you travel to your state government trellis site. You need to look beneath the legislative section and type "Landlord-Tenant Law" within the search browser.
If this is surrounded by Virginia, NC or SC, I can probably help you near the wording if the above doesn't work. Feel free to email me at himandhers(a) yahoo.com
Ryanne,

You are fine just the road you are no matter where on earth you live unless it was specified within your rental contract that a home business is not permitted. You do not even need the landlords' go-ahead as long as you are not bringing in traffic to your apartment.

If someone you do business beside was injured within the hallway the hotelier could be held liable. The landlord does not own the street and so nativity vans can stop there at their own choosing. You can meander to the delivery van yourself.

Do not product out any papers for your landlord and do not sign anything, especially so. If you do, you could be held liable for a choice of things the landlord is responsible for.

If he insists on something within writing then only just write a one page note motto you promise not to make any thud after hours and will keep your apartment tidy. It would be ok to sign that...but do not join anything to it. Write in the date below your moniker and be sure the page is hand written, not typed.

As you are basically starting this venture, you probably won't earn much money right away. But, after a while when the dollars are regular you best go and get a tax number to stay legalized.

Meanwhile, keep exact chronicles of all the money you spend and adjectives the money you earn. Be sure you have a unloading for everything you buy... You cannot record your workforce but you can record your mileage used "just" for the business . don't forget dissertation for your printer and postage for mailing plus envelopes. If you flog on Ebay and the buyer pays shipping then you must not narrative shipping costs but can record mileage to and from the postoffice plus paper costs...

I admire you for your hard work and wish you the completely best of success...

Answer:
They are predictable only conversation about your business license. They would call for a copy of it.
I agree beside farplace,
It is none of their business, and signing something is just not a honourable idea.
Writing a note saying , i am going to be dying child clothes in my apartment, i will not exit any stains, or cause any unusual traffic or thud sounds fine. It would be good to hold a witness sign it as well.

I agree. Why would you hold to get your landlords concurrence of starting a business?

I would not give them my business license any.

As long as you are not having inhabitants living in your apartment, it should be non of their business.

You can check out Micro Soft's net site. Don't know if they will have what you are looking for, but I find various templates near that are very nice.
