Making 3 piece carbon copy forms? I am part of a volunteer check out & rescue team

I am part of a volunteer check out & rescue team & adjectives of our forms that we use for reports, etc has be made using a regular PC & printer. However do to changes anyone made on who all requests copies of our reports, we need to be capable of make 3 section carbon copy forms that way we can enjoy the copies, without using a copy electrical device. Is there a method to make 3 division carbon copy forms myself using my computer, or would I have to budge through a custom form printing shop?

Answers:
First, you will need to directive the needed forms in three quantity carbon or carbonless format. Carbon itself is just more or less obsolete, and you will probably find one and only carbonless (NCR) forms.

Then you will need any a dot-matrix or daisy wheel printer. These printers do not only just 'surface print', but use mechanical system to print similar to the function of a typewriter. They exert physical force on the paper, thus activate the carbon feature of the forms.

You should know how to find one of the older dot matrix printers on eBay for a remarkably reasonable price. The forms are what will cost the institute, since there are set up costs and minimum information for such forms.
