I was promoted to Operations Manager for a computer service company. I be asked the following question which determines my adjectives with the company and a stipend increase- If I won the lottery and wanted to buy the company what change would I implement to make the company a nouns. We are SMB and its so unorganized that I don't know where to start or how to present my philosophy.
