I signed up to sell Mary Kay contained by December. I had a few party then my husband be injured in the procession of duty and Mary Kay took a backseat while I was the singular one working and taking care of him, taking frequent days off from work to receive him to dr. appts. this is still going on but now we solely have to jump to the ocularist every 2 weeks but still it's an hour 1/2 drive one way. My director won't vacate me alone! She is always calling and unfolding me I need to own a party and I necessitate to make an direct. Money is tight and I don't have time. How can I get hold of the point across other than I've told her I only just can't right now and told her why! I love the product and love selling it and plan to start posterior once our life level out which won't be soon as I'm due in July. But she is driving me nuts, she's trying for a coup�� and a director award or something like that and keep telling me i'm not pulling my consignment. It's driving me nuts and away from the product!

Good grief! She have got to be the MOST thoughtless person on the frontage of this earth. Obviously, adjectives she cares around is getting her stupid car or pin or anything MK gives directors now...What your family is permanent is extremely difficult...I'm so sorry.You have tried to apology with this lunatic, immediately you need to give somebody a lift it a step higher. Find out who HER director is and convey an email or call.. This is only not right!!

I also want to add, that I believe MK have a very pious, customer focused, rep focused, reputation. Unlike other cosmetic companies, I think you would really be doing yourself a favor by going greater up.

I don't put on the market MK - I use and sometimes sell Arbonne...

BUT, your sponsors should NEVER fashion you feel guilty close to this! Its not just an MK entity, I know- its all sorts of home businesses.

But THEY are responsible for getting their promotions beside THEIR business- you are in your OWN business, and the make-up of it is that you make your own rules!!

I am not with Mary Kay but as a sponsor for empire on my team I just call them individual once in a while to see if they involve help. I find that if you irritate them they will only stop working the business adjectives togther or quit. If they want my help they will permit me know. I am sure your director has other relatives in her downline she can help out. In the same track that you need courage to supply your product, you need like peas in a pod courage to tell her to donate you alone and that you will call her if and when you are in position to start again. I doubt if she is going to help you near your money issues. You are in direct sale and she is not your boss. She can not fire you. She is the type of person that give direct sales and home base businesses a bad reputation. As a Mary Kay Consultant it formulate me very troubled to hear stories like yours. I enjoy the best director in the world supporting me for my goal and wherever I am near my business for it has changeover several times over the last 4 years. She really works as Mary Kay intended putting others first. In casing you were not aware if you do not lay down for a whole year after you can resign under anyone else. so I would explain to this Director If she doesn't stop bothering you that you will report her to corporate and when you are ready to work your business sign beneath someone else. If she really wants to minister to then is she offering suggestion on how you can receive money Our Senior Director always said you should never place an instruct just to place an directive it should be to replenish or fill information not for any ones benefit but your own.

I'm so sorry to hear this. As another poster said, I too have a great director who isn't contained by MK for the cars or awards, she's just here to help adjectives of us consultants to reach our own goal no matter if their sig or small.

It sounds resembling you've told her as clearly as possible that MK is just NOT your first priority - not to mention that as a mommy to be, you don't requirement that extra stress or pressure. Congrats by the way.

Answers: I'm sorry to hear what's happening to you. Mary Kay Ash other taught and upheld God first, kith and kin second, career THIRD.

I agree beside Sandra that if your director can't understand right in a minute what you're going through, you need to report her. Simply share your director "Mary Kay isn't a priority at this moment" because of your families call for for you to help your husband. I know when you enjoy a little extra time, you'll beckon your customers, deliver product, etc. because you know what's important.

Don't tolerate someone else set your priorities for you. Just because your director "thinks" you're not pulling your weight doesn't propose you don't care or that you're not trying to back. RIght now, doesn`t matter what is most important right in a minute should take precendence. Remember, your job comes 3rd, not 33rd, not 133rd, etc.

Also, remember why you signed. We have NO BOSSES within Mary Kay and we have NO QUOTAS or a set amount we enjoy to do. If she has forgotten that, probably you should call corporate on Tuesday.
