She then made adjectives the business decisions, regardless of my input, and run it intto the ground, then closed it, and didnt take-home pay the employees, or issue them W2's for the few times she did foot them. Now they are suing me and I am broke and cannot afford a lawyer to assist. what can i do? My mom just vanished me hanging out to dry, and she couldnt safekeeping less.
