Question: I am a sales soul in a small tire company. My boss give me this guy¡¯s info for me to get his business, and the first step is for him to come to our 100,000 sq ft warehouse, so he can be impressed. It have been 3 months very soon, I have visit this guy for numerous of times and called him countless times, all the same all I enjoy got is ¡°we are busy, perchance next week¡±. How do I gain him to come to our place?

You might want to find out when his busy season is?? He may incredibly well be busy right presently and can't spare the time. Find out when he is slower and then invite him to your plant.
Don't assume that he will be impressed by the big warehouse alone. Offering him something free to get him here is usually the best trick (lunch, schwag, whatever). When he does finally show up at your door, be ready to impress him near your offering, not just the big warehouse.
