Answers:
If the business is profitable, why transform it? Perhaps you can be a skiver owner and hire someone to oversee the day-to-day operation. Its possible you can market it, but you wont procure $1.5 million unless the manor is importantly desierable (like within California, New York, or Miami)...Same go for tear it down, lone do that if the location is moral adequate for that. A fitting business broker can relate you what it is worth.

As for if this is a well brought-up article for someone so immature to hold a shop of his or her own. I guess it depends on how you bar it. If you swot the business, figure out what ti take to own or run it,and spawn sage decision its a wonderful article to build on. If you dont enjoy a clue around business or roughly autorepair and are not of a mind to swot, its a unpromising perception. It can travel from paid-off to in-debt immediate surrounded by that situation. Good Luck
