Answers:
Almost every restaurant that deliver in a minute charges for labour, even pizza parlors. In most intermediate cities, where on earth the population density is glorious satisfactory, near are conferral services that will bring you dinner, your choice from their group of offerings, for the price of the food and a surcharge. I own used these services myself on business trips, when I have so much work to do I could not afford the time to progress out to get through, and they deliver to the motel where on earth I be sleeping.

Five bucks per mile is a bit steep. Most places would be more than a few miles from the restaurant, except in outstandingly urbanized vertical cities similar to Manhattan. Very few relatives would settle up more for transference than for the food itself.
