Price record? I have started working for the apt. I live within doing drywall

I have started working for the apt. I live within doing drywall repair,punch out and ect. What I need presently is a price list. If anyone know where I can find one or have one that can be e-mailed that would be great.
Do what you would pay yourself.
Price of textile.
A Day and Night (or after hours)
You would be concidered a contractor to the complex. If in that paying for the materials then charge them I don`t know the same for your time "flat rate". Are they of a mind to cover you if your injured on the job? If not, thats something else you must concider contained by your price.

Good Luck!

Answers:   well, you're going to enjoy to create your own price list since it's unlikely anyone have a price list specifically specific to what you're doing and the prices in your nouns. I recommend Excel.

Flat rate it out to them. Add up all your things costs per job and next add within your multiplier. Then add contained by your hourly charge for an assumed amount of hours each work will take you. Don't forget to integer in your overhead.

For example:
Hanging Drywall: (1 sheet of dry wall, 16 screw, 1/4 bag of mud, cartridge, tax) = $100 * 1.33 => $133 material
Hourly Rate: 3hrs (a) $75/hr => $225 time

<=32 sq.ft. Drywall $358
I would suggest hourly.
