I am trying to decide which program will work the best and be the easiest to use. I am first showing a salon and I want to have something to keep hold of track of my inventory and all financials.
For a simple salon quickbooks aint bad and you can even bring a free version of it that get limited facet u can try out, but you also try some other free programs if you go to window market place where on earth you have lots of software for Dutch auction and for free that you can try out.

Do not try software just from any download location to be exact why i always use the window market place and ubuntu software gallery.

Definitely use Quickbooks, and positively work with an accountant to win it set up properly. It is the best money you will spend...having an accountant work near you in the birth. Now, I do all my bookkeeping as resourcefully as my quarterlies with Quickbooks. I single use my accountant for my year end taxes. Quickbooks can grow next to you, my small business isn't so small any longer, with over 2500 customers and over 2 million dollars running through my books respectively year, and Quickbooks handles it near ease. I also use Intuit's Customer Manager, which works next to Quickbooks, to keep a notes base on my customers. QuickBooks is specifically the standard in the small business world, and for a point.

Sophisticated enough to save track of all your background, but user friendly enough that your receptionist can process sale with no trouble.

Be sure to enjoy a bookkeeper or accountant who uses QuickBooks set it up properly for you. It will save you lots of trouble down the vein.

Answers:   I open my own business last September and I am NOT a numbers character. I use Quickbooks and it is great! I also have an accountant who showed me how to do my own bookkeeping, which I construe was really central. I'm not sure I could have navigate QB and other things as well have she not shown me the way. (She still does my taxes!)
I would recommend QuickBooks. It's simple & straightforward to use. There are also a lot of facilitate on the web if you will ever have need of help.

For ample companies there are other software, but for you, QuickBooks would do the post - and beyond.
