I'm talking roughly speaking making things easier. Supposed I was employed by my boss. I hold on making things easier, automated, thus I will have to do smaller amount and less. Now its the problem that some will see that I do almost zilch, being unusefull.
What do you ponder about that ?
I'm not discussion about Nobel prizes, in recent times about small companies, but how I craft them realize what I've done. Or should I let things similar to they were until that time for fear not loosing my position ?
Recomend an incentive scheme to your boss. The below relation do things like that. We enjoy it up and running. They offer tailor made fragrances for Men and Women, payment certificates etc.

Answers:    Innovation should never go unrewarded! If you boss fires you because you've made so copious improvements that you have smaller amount to do then they're not worth working for as they won't appreciate your impressively valuable input. Also, if you are the type of creature who always looks for ways of on the increase things I doubt you will ever run out of ideas.
Best piece i find to do is keep a 'day book' of adjectives the things you do each light of day. Buy this book yourself so that it's yours to keep.
This is a account of all your achievement whether for appraisal or for going for a new opening - i don't know how many times i've referred rear to my old books surrounded by a new opportunity for things like phone numbers and contacts - save reinventing wheels! Good luck and remember your own self fulfilment with the living you've done is your greatest reward.
