Registering for an LLC? I want to start a business, and was looking into an LLC

I want to start a business, and was looking into an LLC to register. I've done some research, but I basically wanted to ask to see if anyone know off appendage a couple of questions.
1. If I registered beneath an LLC, and applied for a loan for my business, does that credit go beneath the registred LLC, or does that go on my personal credit check?
2. how much does it cost, typically to register surrounded by PA.
3. And do I need an agent? If so, what does the agent do, and who can work as agent?

Thank you for your responses.
When I formed my LLC, I contacted an attorney and had him do the paperwork for me. Not important, probably, but I wanted it done correctly. He, next, filed it next to the state. I believe it cost about $160, here contained by North Dakota. Also to answer your question around the business loan.they would probably do a credit check on you personally since the business doesn't exist even so. Good luck!

Answers:    You can file the paperwork yourself at the PA Sectary of State bureau. http://homebizseo.com/50states/Pennsylva... The process would be easier with a advocate.
I searched on the Internet (google) and found a company that did adjectives the paperwork and processing and mailed everything to me within a few weeks. It cost around $200 (in Michigan) but shop around lots of different prices online.

Not too sure about the credit interview. I think you can use your personal credit history to apply for a business rank of credit/credit 1. The credit check would be on both. Since the LLC doesn't have any credit history it is credible that the bank will look at the member (owners) of the LLC for credit history and collateral.

2. The cost to set up the LLC varies from state to state but you can expect to pay packet between $100-$200. You can do it yourself so an attorney isn't necessary.

3. Registered agents are family designated by the LLC to receive "Service of Process." Simply put, if someone wants to sue you as an individual they requirement to have official papers served on you. An LLC is a legal entity and it can be sued newly like an individual. The Registered agent is the character that gets served on behalf of the corporation. In most states it can be a contestant of the LLC, an attorney or accountants, or almost anyone that has a local (in-state) address. You'll stipulation to get any specific rules from Pa to see if they enjoy any special requirements.
