A excise id will not give support to you find wholesalers, but will only confer you access to the ones that will only put up for sale to people near a tax psyche. You will still have to look for them yourself, and I can report to you from personal experience, most of the ones that purport to cater to ebay businesses are scams. A few are legit. Not sure what you are wanting to put on the market, but I may be able to steer you to a few legit ones.
