Seller's Permit? I have a small business. I didn't charge a customer

I have a small business. I didn't charge a customer charge because she said she was gonna come wager on and bring her sellers area monopoly.
She had already rewarded the bill that day. It's be a like 2 weeks, and she still hasn't given me her seller permit. Can I still be in motion back and charge her the toll she was supposed to reward? Even if she already paid her bill?

Answers: You can other send her a bill, but I don't know how much you can do if she doesn't pay cheque it, except learn from it. What you should probably do contained by the future is charge someone the charge, and tell them if they bring within the sellers licence, you can refund the export tax.
