Selling a homemade product? I made a homemade pet shampoo that is working really

I made a homemade pet shampoo that is working really in good health. I have be giving it to my groomer to use for my dog and she has be giving the recipe out to her clients (w/o giving me credit). Anyway, I am thinking of mass producing it and selling it online as well as within local pet shops if possible. It's a small business activity I'm trying to figure out.

My question... Other than forming a company, tax psyche, EIN number, etc. what sort of legal issues do I enjoy to deal beside? Do I have to catalogue the ingredients on the bottle? Do I have to find the recipe approved by any sort of organization?

Any proposal is greatly appreciated!

Answers:    well, one a quality terrible. that's your recipe! your groomer shouldn't be going around unfolding people! but second of adjectives congratulations! you've succeded. third of all, you should acquire a patent, and create a heading for your product. :) then produce and supply! best of luck ! :)
get a rights.
Then go on to producing and selling it.
