Shipping Question for Ebay item? I have be shipping handbags out for over three years on Ebay.

I have be shipping handbags out for over three years on Ebay. Each item is checked back & forth suitable for no damages to the item. I get one woman who tells me that contained by a four day length of shipping an item, her purse straps have molded. Each item is place rear legs into the same plastic pouch it was shipped from the distributor surrounded by, then placed contained by a box & tape pious. They stay in the boxes no more than 2-5 days at the most. Can someone please recount me if this is possible? It make no since to me. She say it has little brown spots adjectives over the strap. I think she spilled something on it & presently wants to return it. What do you reflect? If you have nil postive to say, please do not respond. Thanks

Answers:   all right, you always enjoy that one rotten banana in the bunch - chaulk it up to honourable business, and refund her money - ask her to return the purse to you and you'll return her money - if it is, then you know, if, just relist it on ebay! I know it's a twinge, but it's better than bad feedback! appropriate luck
Check her feedback on eBay. If she has devout feedback, then you will own to give her the benefit of the doubt. She will probably record a dispute with eBay if you snub to work with her. You could other state no refunds within the auction description, but that would make some bidders secretive. Take the bag pay for and try to clean it and after auction it again, but disclose spots if they can't be removed. It takes from 1-12 days for mold to grow. depending on the type of mold. but on textile it usauly takes 10-15 days if its not disturbed. Also when this box was within the mail you gotta focus its constantly disturbed, knwo what i mean.
Just ask her to bring some pics an email them back create on ebay theres so many ppl that spend nearby money on an item, then when they seize it there not glowing and they want there money backbone.
Maybe the lady is lying or perchance shes telling the truth.
On ebay theres 10% of ppl purely lookin for free stuff or jus lookin for a scam. You have to be carfull, and other read there history on previous purchase's, jus to see what type of creature they are , so you dont run into any problems.
