Signing contract next to a foreign company.? When you live in the UK and you sign a business contract

When you live in the UK and you sign a business contract beside a foreign firm, what is your legal position if the other knees-up breaches the contract? As I understand, UK imperative does not extend beyond the UK. I will appreciate a good direction.

Answers:    Hi,

I work in an international environment where on earth we do a lot of international contracts. The law in any country dont extend outside their boundaries. In overnight case of fraud, you'll undergo deeply of headache to trackdown legal procedures and follow them fittingly.

The most important entity when you sign an international contract is to find out the credibility of the other company before signing. Speak to their customers, call on them or invite them to come over. Then decide on signing the contract.
