I am a DJ, who a larger company hired me to do a job for them, and haven't salaried, and aren't answering their phone. I know for a fact they be paid for the employment. This is the problem. The company that hired me is in County C. The place where on earth I did the job for them is within County B, and I lived in County A, where on earth they contacted me over the phone to hire me, based on some internet promotion I had done. Which county will I stipulation to file suit surrounded by, A, B, or C? Thanks!

remember that if it is a limited co and you win your claim it could be difficult getting your money.
If not a restricted company they can have the grip heard at their local court so you might hold the expense of travelling too which you don't get spinal column if you loose.
