Anyone start with JUST sno-cones and move to fries and sandwich?

How successful would the business be if I started with sno-cones at games and fleamarket and after moved onto a concession stand? Doable?

The snow cone sounds do able when the weather is hot, but we adjectives know the smell of home cut fries , done in peanut grease is a smell that brings them in surrounded by droves, no matter the warmth. Everybody loves fries.
