Wat are my weakness within the business' internal control system? how can I correct them w/ I.C. procedures?

I own a grocery store and employ 3 ppl, Sue, Jack and Amy.
Sue counts the bread, clear the register n banks them, she also write n sign cheques to repay our supplier.
Jack order the stock, its assignment, prices the stock and shelves them. He deals everythin to do w/ stock n delivery.I own a delivery van which he like to take home at dark.
Amy works on the register, she got lots frens which i think is upright for d business. She also writes down special orders and its abdication at the back of the receipts but sometimes she loses them.

but, I'm forgetful and not sure of how much stock we have or when it is ordered. buyer prefer other shop coz they cant get wat they want. business also run out of money unexpectedly somtym. I usually ask d workers on their work hours and rewarded them properly.

I lyk to take home the supplies but usually forget to write it down. bottom smudge, I dont make as much money.
