Wat to do, ebay? my friends mum bought something from ebay, knowing what the estimated postage

my friends mum bought something from ebay, knowing what the estimated postage price was. Now the woman is trying to charge her for her time walking to the post bureau and wrapping the parcel. I think that if she wishes to sell something on ebay she wishes to be prepared to send it for free, or at least possible mention it on the info before it sold. What can she do? She evidently doesnt want to pay this woman adjectives this extra cash, and she say she wont send it otherwise. Please abet thanks xxox

Answers:   I am pretty savvy just about eBay so I think your friend's mum is on the right. But, you should check near the eBay community and ask them. Sign into your account and ask this same interview there. Good luck, here is the relationship:

You can file a complaint next to ebay and they will talk to the merchant, and if they decide she is excessive you can cancel the Dutch auction without neg. feedback or anything .. or work it out contained by email with the salesperson, maybe it is a moment ago mis communication?
