I need the following things:

- UPS Shipping Quotes
- NOT attached to a CMS
- digital downloads
- cleverness to add paraphernalia
- most of all FREE

PayPal take % is not free, UPS takes shipping charges also not free. Having someone set up a database and coding for these items to take place if you don't know how to do it also not free, Maintaining it not free, webhosting it will probably not be free (hosting it yourself, probably won't happen), web domain cheap but not free and if you want a really right one some domains have worth of a million dollars or more base on traffic value. Nobody is going to do it for you, So start studying and after it can be free. I would stick to sites like ebay or the resembling.
