What are some tips for a successful interview? I've been on a opening interview everyday this week. I
Answers: Your simply talking to someone. Another human being. And the worst thing that can transpire is that the other person decide that your not what they are looking for right? So what is there to be worried around? Tell yourself this. Also, aswell as the employer finding out whether you are right for the company, the interview is also for you to see if the company is right for you. Don't see it as a grilling, see it as a conversation between two people, because that's adjectives it is.
If you prepare for the interview and you know exactly why you want the job, and what you would bring to the company, later providing you take your time and don't rush anything, you'll know how to answer any questions thrown your path. If you need time to ponder, then pinch it. It's not a race! You could even thrown surrounded by the odd put somebody through the mill here and there too. It shows that you hold the confidence to speak up if you are unsure, and that you want to be completely clear and understand. Both traits that an employer will look for.
One awfully important point though, is to only just be generally as polite and nice as you can be. And try to adjust to them. You want them to close to your personality as okay as your CV. They don't want an awkward anti-social person working among their staff and bringing down the moral of the workforce.
