Question: my brother sold my father and I a factory to make concrete blocks 6 years ago in a minute that we worked so hard to reimburse for it and established a market for the blocks he go and opened one of like next door to us. what should I do? or what can I do?

When he sold you the business and you did not enjoy a none competition clause in the sale agreement or a fiduciary clause then you are out of luck...me intuitively, I prefer to have my competition subsequent door..then I can hold on to an eye on them...it is healthy biz strategy...appreciably your brother knows he made a mistake....flaunt and use your obvious highly developed quality business strategy to flog more and get more customers than him...at hand is only so much business to step around in that enclosed space...get more than your balanced share and your brother will be gone eventually
