The name of the business will be remedial hummus (Double H for short). It will be a vegan hurried food chain. I will focus on placing franchises within service areas along major highway. I feel within is a quickly growing bazaar for this, and as I vegan myself, I want veganism to be more common.

The purpose of the business will be two-fold

First, we will promote veganism. We will do this thought a once a year festival where on earth we give free sample out.

Secondly, we will try to make vegan's lives easier by have 100% vegan food. Non of our cooking surfaces or utensils will own been touched by animal produces.

In charge to be a success, surrounded by promotions we will focus on health, see as this is what biggest stream America is interested in. At the awfully least, I hope my schedule in the swiftly food market will push my competitors to place a lacto-vegetarian and vegan option.

Answers: I don't close to the name and would not put away there regularly - I'm not lacto-vegetarian - but I think you get a good perception. I'd try building your restaurant in areas where on earth there is a giant vegan population. You can check out local restaurants and see if they own a vegan screening. Also being close at hand vegan specialty stores. Although smaller market might not have such stores does not have it in mind there is no flea market. If you know of plenty of people who are contained by your area who would guzzle at your restaurant then it would be perfect to make one.
