What is a flawless sick time and break time tracker for a small business? I am in charge of tracking sick and time off time at

I am in charge of tracking sick and time off time at my job. I am looking for a software to be exact inexpensive and easy to use. Do you enjoy any suggestions??

Answers:   It depends on the number of employees but Ranger_8 is correct, a simple spreadsheet is your best bet if you are a small business.

If you enjoy a larger number of employees consequently you might want to create a paper system where on earth the direct supervisors report to you the sick and vacation time requested or taken respectively pay extent. You still should be able to track the time within Excel. Procure a report for each member of staff each month so that they can bring any disputes to your attention while the broadsheet trail is still fresh. The report should show the time charged that month and a summary of the time remaining in respectively category.

The summary should show if applicable: amount of time at the start of the year, the amount credited that year, the amount charged that year to date, the time remaining, and the time that will be lost if not used by the appendage of the year.

The most generous definition of a "small business" would time limit the number of employees to 100 so I don't see any problem beside Excel
The business I work for uses Adaptiv People Scheduler. It must be cheap because that describes the owner to a T. I'd try an Excel spreadsheet - shouldn't be too hard to set up
