I have have experience with DacEasy, ACCPAC, Platinum, Solomon, Peachtree and Quickbooks. In certainty, I sold ACCPAC accounting packages for nearly 10 years. I have to vote Quickbooks. They have a solution for every smooth of accounting - personal, business, specialty business, and even a point-of-sale (cash register) system for retail. A division of my company produces a regional gift catalog and processes directions through our call center - and we track adjectives of our finances for the project with Quickbooks Pro. Handles everything we throw at it! (PS - If you enjoy an accountant that will process your year-end taxes - make sure they approve of the software you choose - since they will enjoy to use the financial reports to close your year.)
