Sell drugs man.

I just used this answer on another cross-examine, but I believe it applies perfectly here:

Real estate. You can give value quite simply, you've got a long-term asset working for you, the bank understand it plenty to get you fundamentally good leverage (much better than any other open-handed of business), and you've got a unharmed industry of professionals geared to making you successful (rather than competing with you as surrounded by many other industries).

I'd first recommend The Real Estate Game by some Harvard professor. I've read a WHOLE LOT of material estate books, as well as intact libraries on business, and I'd recommend this one first.

To really get your juice going generally, though, read Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. You'll gain a MUCH more considered and clear vision of the appeal you can add as a professional and you'll migrate to that nouns of your life where on earth you can do the greatest amount of good.

Once you've arranged on this niche (and probably not before), read the Effective Executive by Peter F. Drucker. There's also a new leather-bound monthly in bookstores that works as a workbook for that book. Take that one seriously to build a clear foundation for yourself.

Best of Luck!
