Question: My man has a business partner whom i do not resembling but it is what it is and his girlfriend he is with for 11 months she needed them to put the biz in her entitle while we iron our legal issues. I told my husband hell no. She is exceptionally pushy and it always seem like a pissing contest beside her. I have be nice in times past but we are at a crossroads and feel approaching she is so erratic i should just cut her rotten. Why would a girl think that she can do that when the other f��te does not have a leg to stand on. We said all right if you are silent person contained by the biz then my cousin should be and she said no. So immediately no one is doing it. Why would she do this???

I go into biz with my best friend of 17 yrs....what did it carry me? The loss of every last item I owned to my entitle including the business and all of my clients.

Biz partner should be on a super super short leash, weekly meetings next to notes should be taken, an attorney should be involved and you should be an S corp, Inc, or least possible an LLC. I did all that but I be too trusting with him on numbers due to friendship.

After saw all that.....I don't promote partnership as you see for yourself they don't work after time. Personal issues, relationships, spouses of other partners, etc other get within the way and the business stops growing and suffers.

I will never own a business partner again besides a bank that loans me money. The few hours of extra work I do per week is ably worth the non stress ownership I now hold.

Buy out the partner, make conform the company with an Inc or LLC and bump the GF right stale the page, flat up get surrounded by her face and remind her she wasn't here during the creation of the business and have no foot to stand on when it comes to decisions. Many things can be done but remember one entry....you arent' running the business while you are tending to her.

She's on a power trip. Don't give surrounded by to her and do everything in
your power to preserve others from caving into her as resourcefully.
