What more can I do for a Job? Alright so I'm 16 years young, and looking for a opening position

Alright so I'm 16 years young, and looking for a opening position a Toys'R'Us, who's currently hiring. If you are a store manager, what do you look for contained by a young hand like myself? What gentle of answers are you looking for to your questions? And how long should i dally for a call-back before i should purely try again elsewhere?

Answers: As well as the conspicuous things (reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic, polite and friendly, well presented, rushed learner etc) retail managers are also looking for someone who can/will trade things! This escapes many family, that this is actually what a retail salesperson is employed to do.

Suggesting or at smallest implying that you will try to increase the shop's sales results is other a winner. Some flexibility as to working hours is also sympathetic.

Don't wait for a call-back, keep hold of trying elsewhere until someone says yes. If you completion up with more than one alternative all the better.

You don't involve to wait for a career ad. Simply going to ask for a position at your local shops or mall will regularly find you a position. Ask to speak to the manager, explain you are looking for work and give up your job them with a copy of your resume (if you involve help beside a resume perhaps ask another question). Very few nation actually do this - I own 3 shops and I would just get just about one person every 1-2 years contained by each shop asking for work. Many small shop owners would love some serve on the weekends etc, but haven't got time to push a position.

It depends on how old your store director is right now.Different age group males look for different merits.look for markers similar to which hand he uses,right brain or not here brain.whether he is an alpha male or average joe.most superior looks for relatives they can make their chores natural yet they quality in control over you plus they can proudly claim your upright help as their accurate management's skill.how long you should wait is up to you because you own spoken to him and saw his responses,better still after 3days call rear legs n speak to him whether he wants you or not b4 any moves.pause this game first.
