Bravenet offers free sites, not sure that they volunteer E-Commerce sites. Etsy offers sites for family who make things by paw (art would be included).

I dunno about etsy but almost adjectives free sites rarely pop up on the first page of any search done for tags coupled to your site. People are more apt to purchase online from someone who has a compensated site...looks more professional. Keep looking, you can find paid sites that are okay.
