I am wanting to start my own business - I don't plan on having any human resources, just me doing the work on my own time, working out of my home. I'm within AZ and am confused as to what I need to do first... register my mark with the AZ Corporation Commission? Apply as an LLC? Obtain my EIN? I can't seem to be to find anywhere that just breaks it down for me contained by simple terms w/out wanting to charge me. Please support!

Answers:   You do not need any registrations, applications nor submission. You said you want a business. Business is almost making money, not wasting money on dumb ideas of a bureaucrat.

Focus on your business and when you product money you can if you want to, take concern of some paperwork. What do you need a Registration for? Are you a Captain, ship or a luggage?

Application? Look in the statute books, why would you want to beg? And submission to what? Are you a dog?

What happen to free and enterprising America? No wonder the economy go down the drain when everybody wastes their time on some stupid registrations instead of person productive.
