It is a litle more of a step than doing a logo and buisness cards, not to mention this could really receive my name out nearby. This is a company that is currently building homes and and the female asked me could I do it. So with me dealing next to illustrator no problem. I'd compute it by your normal hourly rate x the amount of hours to complete plus put in in any second expenses to produce the map. I imagine you are creating the map and they will reproduce it and use it as they will surrounded by their marketing pieces?
